We are in America, but Mexicans nonetheless. No one will have any expectations and you are free to exclude some of the more expensive traditions . Make your own invitations, ask relatives and friends for donations in exchange for work, you will find many are more than generous once you offer to WORK for something. As for the dress if you change it from a quince?era to a chicanada you are no longer required by tradition to take a dress, so get creative....dress it down a bit and get something classy more in your budget range. You may not have a HUGE party, but I am sure your parents will kick in here and there when they see you put in some effort. These parties are ridiculously expensive---food, tables, decorations, chairs, dresses, music, blah, blah, blah, my advice is save your money and get a car.|::::|Put it in adolesent section. I dont think you can earn 10 000...You better tell your parents the costs involved.|::::|get lots of padrinos to pay like padrino for cake and knifes. drinks your parents should be the ones to get the dress.
