Can parents unlawfully take money from a 16 year old, with out asking permission? -

I am 16 and my mom just randomly takes 120 bucks from my wallet and says I m never getting it back. The reason she took this is because she thinks I m doing/buying drugs. I can pass a drug test if need be. And not by somehow quot;cheating the systemquot;, I can pass without any tricks. She has NO evidence to back up her claims, no texts, no facebook chat history, nothing. Can I call the cops and get my money back? I mean it s $120! I earned this money and she now takes it all away on a whim? I know I m not 18 but does she have ANY right to do this? She never even notified me, she just did it... If you say NO she can t, can you provide me with some reliable source on where you got your information, so if I do call the cops I have more to go off of then an opinion. I will definitely give best answer to anyone who helps!!! I just want my money back because I think that s BS. Thank you very much. |::::|It depends on what state you re in - like almost every legal question I ve ever seen on here. Why doesn t anyone ever mention what state they re in? Even so, every state of which I m aware has a legal process of emancipation of a minor from his parents, at which point the minor can legally own quot;thingsquot; and quot;money.quot; That implies that, unless you re emancipated, the things that you own and the money that you work for are legally the property of your custodian (i.e. your parents).|::::|It s perfectly legal. Sorry. I m sorry to tell you, but life is not a democracy and the rules of criminal procedure/evidence do not apply between parent and child. If it makes you feel better, $120 doesn t even come close to covering the cost of living in your parents home: food, utilities, property taxes, mortgage, etc. Put your money in a bank account. It s unwise to carry so much cash, anyway. |::::|Maybe she is the one who is doing drugs. You can t do anything really. You know, you can get a prepaid visa card with what ever amount of money you put in to it. Yeah, it will cost you a dollar or two to get it out of a atm machine, but your mom will not get your money because you have the pen. They sale them every place now, like drug stores, wall-mart etc...|::::|As much as that sucks, in the end your mom has the right to take it - even if she didn t suspect you to be on drugs. She pays for everything you use, including costs you probably don t even think about.|::::|Sorry, i guess I won t get Best on this one, because I can t help you. You re a minor, she has the right to take anything you have. Your parents support you, they clothe you, they put a roof over your head. In exchange, you have virtually no property rights. They own you and all your possessions outright. All you can do is start trying to rebuild the lack of trust between you. Good luck with that.|::::|How did you earn this money? You are under your parent s house. I am assuming they are paying for you to attend school, health insurance, food, roof over your head, and utilities. If you earned this money legally, why not ask them to open up a savings account for you? Lastly, a parent has to have reason to believe that there child is involved in drugs or some type of illegal activity. So, why does she think this?

I need to know what website pays you good money for taking surveys without having to pay anything? -

Or any other job online where i don t have to pay anything and earn really good money. PLEASE NO SPAM ANSWERS. I REALLY WANT TO EARN GOOD MONEY ONLINE!! THANK YOU!|::::|NO, They are all scams and spams.. its better to stay away...|::::|I remember those days when i almost get mad to find one free survey site that really pay us without charging a fee. The fact is that there are so many survey sites in internet who actually charges a registration fee. I tell you what, run as far as you can, if they ask you money to join their survey site. Any legimate survey site, will not ask you money to join them They actually have to pay us if we join them some people do not understand this, and they pay and later they suffer and get frustrated. So is there really any Survey site that pays us? The Answer is, Yes. I am personally getting paid by a Survey site and please find the below website and register yourself for free, http://tinyurl.com/674dmf The best part is that, after you register and confirm the email sent, you will have a chance to win a car. The fun part is that they pay you money for playing games. And you get sometimes $50 for completing offers. Check out the offers area when you log in, you earn more. I personally get paid and you could trust them since they dont ask you any money, you could give a try, there is nothing to lose. I am sure you will be happy at the end of the week seeing money in your account. Have a great day ahead...!|::::|Survey sites are a bad deal. They make you fill out quot;offersquot; that they get paid on... then you take a generic survey and they send you money. Unfortunately for you they will make far more money off of your personal information then they pay you.|::::|I haven t found any yet that you will earn good big money with. I like the company at the source below they are free to join and you can earn money or prizes or donate to charity your choice.|::::|instead of surveys try this for a steady income http://thespiderwebsystem.com/kunal99007

What are some websites to take paid online surveys for teens? -

Im 15. Ive joined 2 but one give you can redeem for gift cards with the points you earn and the other you can enter contests. Is there some for teens to get pain money?|::::|i do use this website where you can sign up for free and fill some surveys and redeem your money , but there also a monthly survey where you can get 500$ if ur name won their monthly lottery . i am just hoping to win this one day lol|::::|To be honest, I do surveys myself, but I recommend that you don t use surveys first. So far, I think I have only seen a couple of survey websites that allows teens to join. By joining just a few of them, we won t make much at all. I join more than twelve survey websites and I earn around $100 to $200 a month. So since you are a teen and can only join a few, I doubt you will be able to make anywhere near $50 a month. It might sound unfair, but I recommend you only try surveys once you are around 18. Before that I think it would be better if you avoid them.|::::|I thought paid surveys were scams. Then I took a real risk, and FINALLY found a real, legitimate site. Treasuretrooper is a real site that s free to register, and they pay by how much surveys you do. You can earn absolutely nothing by doing no surveys, or starting at around $30 a month doing surveys. People have been earning over $100 a month! Every survey earns you 25 cents or 50 cents. In addition, they have cash offers and cash shopping. The surveys add up really quickly since they take less than 5 minutes to do each one! They pay by check and paypal. They actually pay you and there are proof on the site. Here s the link to start earning some money: http://www.treasuretrooper.com/370317|::::|dont trust any of them. they ll call your phone all the time, fill up your email inbox with junk even if you hit the unsuscribe button.and you have to take i million survey and make over a certain amount of $$ a month in order to receive it....and plus they re not even real surveys....they re just a bunch of phoney websites asking for your name , address, ph # and stuff like that

Where will they hire a 14 year old? -

I dont really need a job but i want earn my own money -do i need a permit from my high school or something so where can i apply for a job in Georgia?|::::|I am in Michigan.. but my first job was at 12 yrs old as a paperboy I moved to a kitchen in a nursing home. at the age of 16 You might be able to get a job at 14 in a restaurant. say as a bus boy. etc. but you may need a work permit from a local regulatory authority because your working hours will be restricted..

How would you handle this situation? -

Allright well, for Christmas I begged my parents to death for a Samsung P2 Mp3 for 180 bucks. After a while It got boring. I felt really bad how I nagged them to death only to just not use it anymore. Then my dad brings up that he wants to buy me some new shoes. He says I can pick any since it s christmas. I chose the nike shox for 140 bucks. I DO use those a lot for I m a cross country runner. Last year I begged my dad for a Wii. He got it, I don t use it... (guilt is eating me alive!) The year before that he got me a Nintendo DS. Don t use it (GUILT IS REALLY SETTING IN) Also I got add ons for the game systems like wifi and all that. Anyway I ve bought a simple 10 dollar copy of GTA SA and installed a seperate download that made it multiplayer. I spent HOURS on this. So hearing there is a new GTA 4 and it has multiplayer I am 100% sure I will LOVE this game. I have a decent PC but it just can t handle the game. I would buy upgrades for it but it costs arounf 400 plus installation. I plan to just buy a PS3, GTA 4, a wifi link for my computer, and I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THAT. Now, I realize I can ask my dad for anything and he will give it to me, b/c he feels guilt if he doesn t, however, I don t like doing that. So I want to earn the money myself. Any simple jobs? I would like to sell stuff but I don t know how my dad would feel about it, I mean, he bought it for me after I begged him to death, now I m selling it...how do I get around this?|::::|i think you should sell it for more than you bought it for. You could do that on craigslist because a lot of people would probably be willing to buy it. :)|::::|Sounds like your basic problem is over-materialism. But, finding a solution to that particular problem tends to be specific to whatever spiritual/religious/moral path one prefers. Being Taoist myself, my suggestions would involve medfitation on material desires and thought replacement (every time I d think of wanting something material, I d force myself to think instead of wanting something more appropriate). But that won t work for anyone who doesn t think along taoist lines! Guilt is not an emotion I think one should feel very often, so when someone feels guilt that much I generally think there is something off in their life. But, that s my personal bias, again... Still, I d say that it would be better to address the desire for material objects rather than figuring out how to earn money. Although, working hard to earn money to buy the things you want just may be a great way for you to resolve your guilt and desire for material objects problem too! As far as what jobs, well, depends on how old you are. Babysitting, mowing neighbors lawns, helping elder people with simple housework or shopping or such things. Getting a job at the local mall or at a restaurant. Even just talking to your dad about whether there s any house or yard work you could do to quot;earnquot; an allowance from him might work! I d suggest talking to your dad first. Maybe print out your question and show it to him, if you have trouble speaking about it. Good luck, and I hope you find good ways to ease your guilt, since it sounds like you re a good person at heart!|::::|We all seem to really want things and most of the time we lose interest in them. I cannot see anything lying around that you aren t using no matter who you got it from. I believe that communication with your dad is the key here. He needs to know how you feel and you expressed this in your letter. I suggest you speak to your dad and tell him exactly how you feel, if you don t, how will you know how he feels?

How can I make money? -

I m only 12 years old and I want to make my own money. I want to be able to buy a new cell phone that s around $300. Please give me some easy ways that I can earn money quickly.|::::|Hey guys!!! I m her friend and she already has a cell but she hates it and wants a new one like desperately.|::::|Christmas passed by already, use what you got from there. I don t know why you need a cellphone, you probably walk to school and are in middle school... no need there. Save your money, and in a few years you will see your savings grow. If you buy a cellphone a year from now you will regret buying it and want to get the next best thing, thats how technology works. If you save your money you can get something that will last you your whole life... something you can pass to your children.

am planning to buy a XBOX 360. Because of RED RING OF DEATH, I am really scared to buy one. Obviously, I don t wanna spend my hard earned money on something that is going to get broken down in 1 year. I heard some rumors that MS(Microsoft) fixed this problem. Is this even true? What should I do? Should I purchase XBOX 360? THANK YOU|::::|What the frick is your problem man, this is teh THIRD time you asked this question and you got two good answers. Are you stupid? The last guy said it was just a slight problem and you said quot;SO SHOULD I BUY THIS?quot; COme on, are you retarted, does he need to spell it out for you. YES! get it. Jeez, its not that hard to figure that answer out. I need some advice on what to do with student loan debt.? -

I have $15,000 in government student loans at 5.5%. They go back into repayment in 6 months. I m just entering the work force and I m thinking about doing a graduated repayment plan, it will rise as I make more and inflation rises. I have $20,000 saved in my bank account from work and saving. One friend of mine told me to use half of the $20,000 towards my loans before I consolidate making my loans at $5000, but that is money that didn t come very easy for me and not very easy to make back since my income is currently low. Another friend told me to put my loans into repayment and invest my $20,000 I have saved and use my student loan interest tax write off to put towards taxes I have to pay from my investing. Use the money earned to pay my student loan monthly payments. I have no credit card debt, mortgage payments or any other debt besides a small car loan. Any advice towards this situation would be great. If I should invest I m open to investment advice, I m not familiar with investing and I know the stock market is a mess at the moment. Thanks for your time.|::::|The only issue should be the size of your emergency fund. If you paid nothing on the student loan, you would pay $825 in interest. This $825 could be used to reduce your income...at 15% tax, you save, what a whopping $125. You still pay $700 in interest. Meanwhile, your $20,000 of investments make, what, .4% in savings account and get you $80. After tax, you make $68. Or, say you invested $20K at the beginning of 2008 in a mutual fund, lose $10,000 after the meltdown.... Yeah, spend $700, save $68. Works for me. (I was told the same thing. My loans were 7% and I had zero other debt. After ensuring I could pay my bills, I bumped up my payments and got rid of the loan in 4 years.)|::::|The rate at 5.5% is not a bad rate. I would pay the loans off slowly. Keep them current. There is no hurry to pay them off. I would invest the money in guaranteed return investments until this market gets back on it s feet.|::::|Pay off your student loan first. You get a 5.5 % return on your investment. You can not get a guaranteed investment like that anywhere right now. Interest rates are 0 % now. Sure you get a tax write off with the interest but since you are earning very little money your tax rate is low so the tax refund will be low. Once the student loan is paid off start investing your monthly loan payment into a retirement fund. Regarding investing that is something to do very carefully ideally with the advice of a financial planner not your friends. So pay off your debt and put the balance of your savings in some secure (but very low interest) investments for a rainy day or to help buy a home.|::::|I like the idea of being debt free, but this is a time to have liquidity. I would be very careful about investing in anything right now. The stock market is very volatile. You have a 6 months window in which you can decide what you want to do. I would not rush into anything. I expect the markets to be very unstable over the next several months. I would wait to see what interest rates are going to do over the next several months. You may be able to consolidate at a much lower interest rate before having to start repayment. If you pay off your student loans you will still have $5,000 left to invest or use as a cushion. I would hold on to some of my money during these troubled times. Stay away from any debt. It is much better to pay cash for what you want. The reason so many people are in trouble today is due to high debt.|::::|Paying down your student loans would leave you without any kind of emergency fund, and you can t get that money back if you need it. If I were you, I wouldn t prepay the student loans, but I wouldn t stretch it out, either. The tax benefit only gives you back about $.15 for each dollar you pay. I also recommend you keep six month s expenses in a liquid savings account and invest the rest. The stock market is a bargain right now. Assuming you were a traditional student, you would be in your 20s right now. You have the most to gain from the depressed stock market. In the next 20, 30 or 40 years, the gains are likely to be significant since you re starting to invest in a down market.

Urgent - i need to earn my self some money, fast. I dont wana do a paperround, and ive asked in loadssss of hairdressers in my area for a saturday job but no luck! so can i become a rep for avon? or hav i got to be 18 ?|::::|I m so glad that you so eager to make extra money which is great. Now its up to your mom but she can actually sign herself up and you could be her helper. If your mom wants to she can sign herself up online and if you click on my profile she would be able to find the website information. Hope that helps and good luck!!|::::|Yes! You can do it at 13. I have a friend who s 13 and does it an I m 16 and I do it. Get in contact with your area manager and she should be able to help you out and tell you what you need to do (go on th AVON website for this - I think there s a form to fill out on there). Beware though, it might not be bad now because oyu can t have started high school very long ago but when you start getting more homework and exams it can get annoying. I have A-Level exams coming up, and a job AND Avon so I won t be doing it after Christmas. It takes up too much of my time. It can get annoying when people are never in to pay for their things or AVON sends the wrong items/things are out of stock. It ll give you some money though! You ll have more money than your friends ;) Hope this helps! x EDIT: People have been mentioning the payment. Mine s in my mum s name...it s probably better for you if your mum has it in her name because there s a lot of money to deal with. Someody also said you lose money. Don t worry, you don t. I make about £60+ each time I do it.|::::|My daughter made a real quot;livingquot; out of looking after people s pets. She started by typing letters which she mail dropped all around the neighbourhood and built up a regular little business doing that. Then people started asking if she would go in to feed animals while she was away and she began taking small animals in cages home to care for while their owners were on holiday. She visited houses to feed indoor cats and charged travel expenses. She had some cards made in the local shopping mall and got an entry in the Yellow Pages. She was charging £5 an hour + expenses. I pay my cat sitter £5 50 a visit when I m away. When my daughter emigrated 2 years ago, she sold her quot;businessquot; for a good four-figure sum.|::::|no you have to be 18, I wanted to be one for the same reason and im 15 but your parents have to open accounts and that, the avon rep thing would have to be in their name. What the hell is wrong with youth? -

There s a lot of things in youth culture that we re indirectly told by media and our peers we re quot;supposedquot; to do to have fun. Things like doing destructive drugs, binge drinking until the next day s hangover then do it all over again, sleeping with as many people as possible with no consequences, are supposed to be quot;funquot; as they say. I ask you, what is the point of doing shots, puking, passing out, waking up with a hangover then doing all that again!! You re only hurting yourself. This is the kind of stuff that goes on in college, you know, the place where you LEARN THINGS instead of using your parents hard-earned money to party, smoke pot and not show anything for it? Another message that s being tossed is that if I don t do any of this destructive stuff, I m somehow quot;wasting my lifequot; or not quot;livingquot;. What a crock of ****!! People that don t sleep with the whole neighborhood, let alone town, and are being accountable to their partners are branded as quot;outcastsquot;. What is with all the group think in society? There s either the virgin or the player, the smoker or non-smoker or the poor or the rich. It s obvious the high school mentality goes into your 20 s.|::::|As a teen about to graduate I could not agree with you more. Sadly the stereotype for today s teens is well, a very bad one. I saddens me that today s youth can t handle reality and would rather get drunk or stoned out of their minds then anything else. No, I m not the good book worm virgin I have multiple piercings and tattoos, however I love learning. Yep call me a grade A dork, but I think that an education should be treasured, not everyone gets one. But a lot of teens don t seem to get that and think that somehow their lives are going to magically come together once they graduate. Idiots, I m ashamed to be grouped with them. Not that all teens are like this, but this majority is giving ALL of us a bad name.|::::|i m totally with you. Society has gone to ****. And Youth gets more and more corrupted everyday teaching them to do this and that and if you don t then you re a loser or you are no fun. And sexually, I think it s ridiculous how men get egged on to sleep with every girl they meet and are awesome for it and girls are sluts. Why can t guys be disrespected for this too? I think everyone in this country needs a big reality check.|::::|Our youth? Wow, Our youth represents our future. There are so many ambivalent messages and group expectations heaped on the shoulders of these kids. Yes, experimenting with extreme indulgences is one of the messages delivered. Drinking till you puke, is an act of poor judgment. So is irresponsible sexual activity. The fact that you solicited opinion regarding these excesses of involvement tells me you seek affirmation of your choices. I applaud you.|::::|You are absolutely right and fortunate that you most likely had parents to instill morals in your youth. I blame their parents. Just as you learned to do what is right, they learned to do whatever makes them feel good. It is a shame because we that are older know that some of the mistakes you make when you are young follow you all your life. Having abortions or children at a young age, getting a venereal disease, sometimes fatal, getting in trouble with the law, not getting a good quot;freequot; education. The tendency now is to blame it all on others and not taking responsibility for their own actions, also taught to them by their parents. It is sad.|::::|As a college girl, I must say, along with myself, I know a lot of people who could drink, party and maintain good grades simultaneously. Basically, it doesn t effect all of us, as you have immature and mature individuals. Also, it has nothing to do with quot;youth culturequot; because older adults do the same thing. Can t argue with that. Also, sure enough, most of us go to college to learn and get the chance to have well-paying jobs, but if we can also have parties and fun, I don t see a reason to ignore it. quot;Another message that s being tossed is that if I don t do any of this destructive stuff, I m somehow quot;wasting my lifequot; or not quot;livingquot;. What a crock of ****!! People that don t sleep with the whole neighborhood, let alone town, and are being accountable to their partners are branded as quot;outcastsquot;.quot; One thing I grow tired of is people believing we should all behave in groups. We re all individuals with separate minds Tell me, the adults that have college party come from the bar completely drunk are no different. Honestly, I don t know what planet you live on because they tell you not to do this stuff, however, I still do it because I m mature enough to handle it. The people who are for it are most likely other college kids and they aren t sending a message, they re just trying to convince people to have fun with them. Also, if they are mature, they wouldn t let peer pressure affect them in college. Chances are, at age 20, most people become individuals. quot; What is with all the group think in society? There s either the virgin or the player, the smoker or non-smoker or the poor or the rich. It s obvious the high school mentality goes into your 20 s.quot; Well, that s life for you. Because people have independent minds, you have different personalities. You have people who don t care about sex, but then, you have people that considers it as something to be worshiped. People usually get stressed and find a way around it by smoking, while other believe it s stupid. You have people who don t want to work hard or do well in school, and thus creating poor people, as opposed to the rich who worked hard, then passed the capital to the next generation. As I said, that s life. It s diverse.

Average Speed = total distance/total time AS= (10000+1000) mi / (2+3) hr AS= 11000 mi / 5 hr AS= 2200 mph And I think #8 is 270 solid and 210 print. You have to make two problems: 4.00x + 6.00y = 2340 x + y = 480 x is representative of the solid and y is for printed. You then want to make them cancel out, so: 4x + 6y = 2340 -4(x + y = 480) That turns into: 4x + 6y = 2340 -4x - 4y = -1920 Combine the two: 2y = 420 Solve: y = 210 So the print is 210. Then you just substitute into one of the problems: x + y = 480 x + 210 = 480 x = 270 So there are 270 solid. I m not sure about the others, but I hope that helped =).

Will my girlfriend be happy? -

Well im a normal kid in university and I been lying to her cause i want her to love me not the lambos and the stupid houses. I m rich well my parents are and been living in a crappy house and I denied the money. I believe I must earn my money. My dream is to be a NBA player. I have a 1% to be an NBA player (d1 basketball)and 10% to be a offical model. I just don t my girl to be mad cause I can t provide her with all her makeup, hair products, etc. I lied to her because in my past relationships it was either money or the outside. I just want her to love me in the inside but no girl did that. I know all you hot ladies out there love your hair but could you give it up if it for love. Would you be mad in her place?|::::|Okay, here s the thing: I can understand where you re coming from, I wouldn t want someone to date me only because they were interested in my money, BUT, ... She probably /will/ be upset if she finds out you ve been lying to her. Not necessarily because of the money concept, but because relationships should not be built on lies. Sure, I like to fix up my hair, but I m not going to force my boyfriend into buying me hair products and make - up constantly. That s just not the way that I work. If she does not respect your wishes / beliefs, then it may be time to move on. To answer your question, of course I would make sacrifices for love.

How does a new/used car dealer make money? -

We have a loan on a sedan on which we owe $10,000. Now we want to get rid of this sedan and get a mini van. A new/used car dealer has a van we like costing $9,000. He wants to take our car, pay off the $10,000 loan and give us the mini van in return. With the mini van comes a new payment plan on which now we would owe $20,000. That s what I don t get. So now we gave up the sedan which frees us from the $10,000 debt. So, we have no sedan, but also no $10,000 debt. But simultaneously we obtain the $9,000 mini van on which we should owe $9,000 plus interest which would add no more than $2,000 to the $9,000. Total we should have a new debt of about $11,000 and a mini van. So the dealer must be trying to earn some 8 or 9 thousand dollars on the deal which we would have to pay since it would be reflected on our new loan. Are my calculations right?|::::|Dealers love ripping people off. Use kelly blue book or nada to figure out the real values of both cars and do the math. Go to another dealer if you can t get a fair deal.|::::|no hes trying to rip u off. Find out what the trade in value is on your van. lets say its 8k. If the dealer says he ll give you the 8K and you owe 10K Then what the guy should do it take the van u have and sell you his 9k van to you for 11K.|::::|You are not understanding some fundamentals of car financing. You owe $10K on your sedan, but you are apparently upside down on your loan -- the sedan is not worth as much as still owe. Sure, the dealer will pay off your $10K loan, but he s giving you much less than $10K for the old car. He s adding in the difference to your new loan. Your $10K debt on the old car doesn t go entirely away when you trade with an upside down loan. Are you sure the dealer is giving you a fair price for your trade? (check www.kbb.com). Are you sure you re getting a fair price on the new car (check www.kbb.com)? Are you sure your new interest rate is reasonable, given your credit score (check www.bankrate.com)? The other thing that might be happening here is that you are looking at the total of all your payments on the new loan, which includes finance charges (interest). So, when you finance a $9K car, with negative equity rolled in from your old loan, the total of all your payments over the life of the loan is much more than $9K.|::::|new cars are priced to make a small profit, the sticker is based on a dealership profit of anywhere from 500 to 2500 over cost. most dealerships make their money in used vehicles by giving to little for the trade and then marking it up to retail price. so sounds like they actually charging you to take your sedan because worst case if you owe 10000 on the sedan and then get a van for 9000 you have 19000 in debt so where the other 1000 comes from i don t know, but no dealership takes the old debt from your trade in upon themselves. you should check out nada.com and find out what your sedan is worth before you trade it in though because if it s worth more than the 10000 you owe then you could reduce your new debt instead of adding to it because you have equity in the sedan. in other words if you owe 10 but its worth 13 then you get the ten to pay it off plus 3 to put towards the new van so your new debt would be 6000 (hypothetically speaking since i don t know what your trade is worth or the value of what you re looking at buying). basically do some research before you buy a new car, to find out what the trade in and the purchase are worth and don t let a dealership take advantage of you. sounds like you re getting a really bad deal at this point.|::::|Dealers pay wholesale for vehicles that are traded. They may have repair costs, clean up costs, etc. and still need room to sell the car for a reasonable retail amount in order to make money. Just like every other business, buy wholesale, sell retail...the difference is the profit. Now on to your situation. Just because you owe $10,000 doesn t mean it s worth $10,000. Kelley Blue Book has a great tool to value your trade (www.kbb.com)...go find the trade-in value for your car. Trade-in values are subjective so the kbb number will be a ballpark, not the final number. Ok, you owe $10k on the car. if it s worth less (and probably will be) you will have negative equity . You owe the $10k to a bank, the dealer will give you $x and you have to come up with the rest to pay off the loan or you can roll the negative equity into the new loan (if the new bank will finance that much). If the car is worth more than the payoff, it works the other way...the amount left after the loan is paid off is deducted from your purchase price. If you numbers are correct it appears the dealer is going to give you $0 for you car so you will roll the entire payoff into the new car. This can t be right. There must be a misunderstanding somewhere. Here s how the numbers work: New car purchase price: $xxxx Value of trade-in (subtract) $xxxx (this is the wholesale value) Sales taxes (add) $xxxx Final sale amount (total) $xxxx Loan payoff (add) $xxxx (this is the remaining principal) Total $xxxx The total is what you will finance with the bank and the APR and term will determine the monthly payment. Here s what you need to do. 1) go to kbb.com and get the trade-in value for your car; 2) call the bank you currently have the auto loan and get the payoff. The payoff is not the total of the remaining payments, it s the remaining principal amount (plus a little interest since your last payment). Subtract the kbb value from the payoff and you know how much will roll into the new loan. Now you have more information before you return to shopping for a new vehicle. Good luck.

NFL: Do teams earn more money from the league if/when they reach the playoffs? -

Is there an extra revenue distribution system in the NFL for playoff teams?|::::|Yes the players do get more money when their team gets in the playoffs. Not much. Should WNBA female players earn as much NBA players like Kobe Bryant and Lebron James? -

in tennis they have now decided to offer more money to women than men yet they do less work in a 3 set or 2 set match. Are the feminists demanding equal money in basketball too?|::::|They couldn t. They don t draw enough people in the crowds and don t have enough people buying their products. Like team shirts or jerseys. Most of the WNBA players make what a normal job would make because there just isn t enough income to pay them what the NBA does. On top of that the WNBA doesn t play near as long as the NBA does so they shouldn t get paid as much. In that case most of the WNBA players play over in europe where they can make a lot more money. With that there will be a decrease in talent in the WNBA and make it less entertaining and therefore draw in less people which means less money. I predict eventually the WNBA will be no more because of that.|::::|No. You get paid because you provide a valuable service; the more valuable, the more money you make. Bryant and James don t make all their money directly because they can play basketball so well, but indirectly. Ultimately they make their money from being able to sell jerseys, sell endorsements, and generate fan interest in the team. No WNBA player is going to do that to a great extent because there are so few WNBA fans. In tennis, there s more interest in the women s game, hence the larger prizes for the women.|::::|Considering that the WNBA season is only 34 games long compared with the NBA s 82 game season, no. However, the highest paid WNBA players only get a $100K salary, and that s not right. Right now, 80% of the WNBA is playing overseas in the FIBA Euro and Asia Leagues to supplement their incomes, or should I say, making their real bucks. Most WNBA players will make six figures out in Europe or Asia, given that there are no salary caps. The best WNBA players make millions in their leagues. However, the trade off is that they can t have a real break at all, unlike NBA players in the summer. At the end of the day, the WNBA players are playing in the WNBA because it is the American pro women s league and also the best pro league in the world talent wise. Despite the low salaries, they still play in the WNBA because of altruistic reasons too. The WNBA is a movement and it will get bigger and better with time, and I think that s why they choose to play here even though the salaries aren t as good as their Russian or Chinese jobs during the NBA season. However, the WNBA salaries need to be much higher (not 20 million a year of course) so we can keep the best talent here in the WNBA because of the Euroleagues salaries. I don t want to see American WNBA players only playing for Euro clubs because of the money. The Euroleagues have started being less flexible to WNBA players regarding late arrivals into the season, etc. because after all, they are paying the real bucks.|::::|If you re talking about team salary, LBJ is only getting around USD 14m in comparison to Kobe s USD 21m. But to answer your question, hell no. The WNBA is not as entertaining as the NBA, considering that only 2 players have ever dunked in the WNBA. In other words, they receive less attention, less fans, less audience and thus, the team earns less money. If the teams pay those players as much as they do in the NBA, the teams will be going into a loss.|::::|No. the answer to all of this talk is MONEY. the question is...what separates the NBA from the WNBA? we all know that the NBA players showcase a skill level that s a little higher than the women of the WNBA (that s not a sexist comment)... they dunk regularly...and in every sport, it s all about the OFFENSE. that s what sells tickets. people do not buy tickets to see a player block shots, or make steals, or create 24 second shot clock violations. they want to see sweet jump shots, crazy no-look passes, and high-flying dunks that they can only DREAM of doing. so, while you may get some of that in the WNBA, it s far more prevalent in the NBA, and THAT sells tickets. tennis is different. the women in tennis are a bigger ticket draw than the men. that s what it comes down too. think about it. a lot more people want to see Venus and Serena Williams than they do any of the top 10 men players.|::::|They only deserve more money in the sports they are better than men at. Men have basketball, Women have tennis, soccer, etc. Basically anything that requires intelligence, women are better at and deserve more money. Men are only good at being brutes.|::::|I m a huge advocate for women s sports, however, until they bring in the crowds and stuff, I don t think they deserve nearly as much as players such as Lebron, but I do want to see them get paid more and hope their league survives.|::::|No offense to the female population but the WNBA in general needs to chill out about that. The NBA is willing to lose millions to keep the WNBA in business. Don t bit the hand that feeds you.|::::|No, as the other guys said, the NBA provides more entertainment, and have bigger crowds.|::::|Women s basketball will always be more popular overseas than in the States on the pro level that is.|::::|To be honest they don t,But for sure in the quot; WNBA quot; their female player that play better than some NBA players|::::|No. Because they re not as entertaining, thus the huge viewership gap.|::::|No they are not entertaining. I also think the Nba is harder to play in.|::::|if they draw crowds as big. if not - no.|::::|no. who cares about wnba? their boring.|::::|first answers is pretty accurate|::::|Yes as long as they put in the effort|::::|I agree with Luke.

Give your kids a lump of coal for Christmas? -

Are there any parents that REALLY give their kids nothing for Christmas because of their behavior? And I mean something that would merit this. I m just curious. I ve never really known a person who did that but i m assuming there are people who do. I remember when I was a teenager, if I wasn t deserving of it, I would still get quot;Christmasquot; but my mom wouldn t get me the one thing I reallllly wanted. She would say, quot; You think i m going to spend my hard earned money for something YOU want, when YOU want to disobey me?!quot; lol|::::|I can t imagine a parent doing this, because it is so cruel and sends the wrong message to the child. Children need to feel loved, which may be behind the reason they act out in a bad way from time to time, as a way of getting attention. Giving just coal on Christmas is not going to help them feel any better....just worse. I think your mother had the right idea, to just with-hold the one gift she knew you really wanted as a way to say that she expected you to do better in the future, but that you were still loved.|::::|I was always promised not only a lump of coal but a bundle of switches as well and I knew my parents wouldn t hesitate to break out the old switch. Penalty for Under the influence of Marijuana in school? -

i currently live in California and about the age of 17, I have this class in school called ROP, and Im currently taking a course called Retail Sales( its like you work in stores to earn high school credits instead of earning money). One day, i decided to go smoke a little bit of weed on my lunch break, about 2 hits with a bong, and my next class is Retail Sales. So i went to my class, and i have to work in a store in the mall. While i was working i started to feel a little drowsy and lazy. So i asked the manager if i could get a drink around the mall. The manager got mad at me because i barely came and he think that i was lying. I thought that i could trust him so i told him that i was faded(under the influence of marijuana), and he stood quiet for a while and then told me to go get my water and dont come back. So i got my water and i came back to apologize, and he let me work again but didnt sign my papers legally saying that i worked. So the next day i came back to the class, without blazing it(smoking), and i work in the same store again, it was a pretty normal day, he didnt even ask or talked to me while i was working. And in the end of my shift, he told me that dont come back here again, and said make this my last week. The only thing im scared of is that my manager might tell my counselor that i was faded. But i wouldnt think he will because i was pretty cool with him and basically i work hard. And also if he did tell my counselor, it wouldnt be a problem because im also cool with my counselor and the principal in my school. My question is if the manager told my counselor that i was under the influence of marijuana what will be my penalty?|::::|Lancer you sem like a pretty cool guy. I think that you Hey at least you were honest. I have had my share of that fun too. And it was definatley worth it. There were some conscenquences though. I am now almost 25 years old and would love to live that kind of lifestyle in California. I currently live in Texas and am still debating weather I should get a decent paying job over there and start partying. Look the best thing you can do is just be the best person you can be. Make friends and keep them. Friends and having them can get you more job opportunities in the future or even now. You sound like a winner to me because your an honest guy. Too many managers these days especially head managers in some businesses not all but some are just plain full of !@#% and not very realistic. Everything will work out.|::::|Hopefully it would be a suspension. You speak about drug use in school so casually it is frightening. No wonder California schools and the quality of pupils coming out of them are the worst in the nation. Grow up.

It was so beautiful I put a fiver in her open case.I wish there were more street musicians. Do you think your parents would consider going with you to an appropriate place, like outside of a restaurant, coffeehouse, or grocery store? Big money problem - Im 16? -

Okay for my 16th my mum gave me £1000, to make up for missed birthdays. She said it was for driving lessons next year and I can only spend a few hundred of it. People offered to stick it in a savings account for me, but I flat out refused. I have now spent just about all of it. I don t really know how, I ve just splashed it about too much. The thing is, I NEED to have at least say £700 to show by mid april next year. I earn £60 a week (usually). My only 100% NEEDED spendings is £30 a month phone (This is actually important), £40 a month total bus fare and £40 a week rent money. I also have to do chirstmas shopping for 6 kids, 6 adults and a couple friends. What am I to do? I m an idiot for spending it and regret it a lot, but I can t undo it so now I need a solution :/|::::|that s easy , either prostitute yourself out to 100 girls for 7 pounds each OR (theres all ways options) 7 fat girls (REALLY fat) for 100 pounds each. Sorted.|::::|On what you earn, you can barely manage rent, phone and bus fare. You clearly have a problem managing your money, and your most basic monthly expenses are well over what you can afford. To afford 40/week rent, you need to be earning over 100/week. First, find a cheaper place to live and work more hours or get a better job. Or move back home with your parents until you grow up and can stop acting like a child -- you aren t anymore! A child wants every piece of candy in the store. An adult manages their time, money, energy, resources responsibly and effectively. You need to save 200/month to meet your April goal. Get going on boosting your income and cutting your costs. As for Christmas, use your talents to make something, and make a deal with your friends to exchange nothing but cards this year so you can all cope with the economy.

Earning money online! people out there online still believe this? -

Is it reliable to send D.D in favour of a company that shows us how to earn through internet? -

I have been observing in news papers that you can earn Rs.150-Rs.200 per hour by reading E-mails sent by the product companies in India. For this they are charging ranging from Rs.500 to Rs.3000. Just they are mediating for this deal. Is is possible for any industry/company to spend huge amount on surveys or to make them read by other persons and pay them money. They are giving address of their company and mobile number. They are stating that we receive about 50 to 100 mails per day. They also providing survey material for that also they promising to pay. Do You Give Money To The Homeless? -

i ve never done that and i will never do it, they are the one s who messed their lives up why should i give them my hard earned (yeah right lmfao) money to them!!|::::|No Don t judge me|::::|I see tons of homeless people when I am in big cities, especially San Francisco. I can t give them all money, but I feel terrible for just walking past. There are usually charities nearby parts of town with a lot of poverty that I give money to instead, and the charities are more likely to spend the money on something useful. I hate the stereotype that all homeless people will use your money to buy drugs, but sadly that is the case sometimes.|::::|I would buy them some food, but they do not want you to do that. I was in Houston, Tx and a homeless man was on the corner asking for money to buy insulin. How Can I Earn Money Fast? -

I am a 15 yr old and I am trying to earn money for college...because no one in my family has taken and preparation for me so i am going to defend myself. I also want to move to London England to become an actress and writer as well as a singer. Any ideas??|::::|Sounds like you ve got a few years if you re only 15 and saving for college (but a very good idea that you want to start saving now). I just answered a similar for someone else, and I figure the same suggestions couldn t hurt for you: *Offer to shovel sidewalks/driveways in the winter. *Babysit the neighborhood kids. *Mow lawns when weather is suitable/warm enough. *Ask your parents if you can clean out the garage/attic/basement and ask them if it s alright to sell stuff you guys don t need at your next yardsale. *Walk dogs. *Look around your room and gather up all your loose change (you probably have more than you thought), take it to your local bank which can turn it into paper bills for you for free or a small fee. There are many grocery stores and such that have these coin counting machines (all will charge a small fee though). * whenever you get extra money (X-mas or birthday money, money from grandparents...that kind of thing) make a promise to yourself that you ll put a certain amount of it aside (say maybe half?) in savings, and not spend it unless it is an emergency. Do you have a savings account at your local bank?? If you don t, you might consider asking your parents to help set one up for you. The purpose of savings account is to, yes, SAVE MONEY!!! Most banks will only allow you to take money out of a savings account a few times a month, so I suggest going with your parents to the bank they have accounts with. Someone at the bank will gladly talk to you about a savings account if you don t have one. You also say you want to move to London to become an actress and writer and to sing (wow, you re ambitious!!). Does your school have a drama or theater club?? JOIN IT!!! Many high schools have theater classes, which you might want to consider taking next year if your schedule has room. Want to be a singer? How about trying out for your school s chorus?? Also like to write? Join the yearbook club or the school newspaper. Don t want to join any writing clubs? Submit your work to your school s literary magazine (many high schools have an annual quot;literary magazinequot; in which students can have their artwork, photography, or writing published in it - find out if your school has one). As you approach the time in which you will enter college, try researching universities IN england. I have a few (american) friends who have either gone to college all 4 years in England or taken just a semester in England. When the time comes, apply for scholarships (there are tons available out there, you ll likely qualify for several). Talk to your school counselor and teachers for more advice!!! How can a teenager earn a lot of money quick? -

Hello world! I m Cori and I REALLY NEED HELP. I m going through a lot of tough crap at home with my mom arguing with my older brother and he got kicked out of the house and my mom has no job so we re kinda pressed for money. As a matter of fact, we have no money and we like basically BROKE. Which means I have no money either. How would Socalized Healthcare work in America? -

First off, I am aware that in the Scandanavian Countries they have successful quot;free health carequot;. But, in Sweden some residents pay 75% of their hard-earned money to the government. And the are soppoused to be a quot;democracy.quot; They also have small populations, around 4 million. In Chicago alone, there is over 10 million. How could America afford this? Taxes are to high anyway!|::::|It would not work in the US. There would be no one going to medical school if they couldn t make the money they make now. The AMA lobby would prevent this from happening. Ask a Canadian how long it takes to get a much needed MRI?|::::|Nobody is considering socialized health care in the US. Socialized healthcare would be where all providers were government employees and all facilities were owned by the government. What you mean is single payer, like where medicare would process all claims for everybody and pay them with a fraction of the overhead that insurance companies charge, just as they do now under their own program. The portion of our health care costs attributable to insurance companies is 31%. That s wasted money, enough to pay for health care for every American. There would be no increase in taxes. Do you have any idea how many critical surgeries, treatments, and drugs have to be denied in order for an insurance executive to get a $20,000,000 bonus? People should not be in the position where they make money by withholding treatment that people will die without.|::::|UK here, firstly it has to be paid for. We have a deduction taken from our earnings automatically, the more you earn the higher you pay. The system, though not perfect, worked well for years. However, increased bureaucracy, government interference, mass immigration, and the quot;behind closed doorsquot; sell off of ancillary services has brought the system to it s knees. Tax per se is a different issue, we pay our taxes and then our quot;National Insurancequot; which pays for our health care. We pay for our prescriptions, the charge for which is often higher than quot;over the counterquot;. Different areas of the country are better at looking after patients than others, every area has it s own quot;trustquot; (more bureaucracy) who prioritise where the money will be spent. There are lots of websites that can help you with budgeting and expenses tracking. One is http://www.vilkri.com If you set up a budget there, you can then go category by category and look for areas where you might be able to cut a little bit. Do my parents have the right to control my money...? -

okay i m seventeen, and i have a job. ive been working for a year and five months now, and i bring in around 200 every two weeks. that gets deposited in a joint bank account i have with my mom. so, do my parents have the right to control that money, even though i ve earned it? like i want to buy my boyfriend a zune for our two year anniversary, and my mom won t let me. its around 150, and i don t think that s that bad, but my mom is horrified. she says im too young to buy him something that expensive, but we ve been together for two years (ive been friends with him for four...)... i just don t think it s fair, at all. i earn this money... i work for it myself... why can t i do what i want with it, as long as its not completely outrageous? its not like im spending 600 or 700 on him... and it s not like we ve only been together a few months or so. im tempted to just go behind my moms back, because really, this isn t fair. ill be eighteen in three months, and i think this is ridiculous. all my friends are spending three hundred or four hundred on their boyfriends, and my mom tells me, quot;why don t you bake him something!quot; opinions?|::::|First of all don t have a joint account with your mom. Get you own and don t discuss your finances with your mom. It really isn t any of her business.|::::|well, your mom is on the account, so she can have a say. she s looking at it like you worked for two weeks straight to buy one gift. that is a little outrageous. if you made more, it would be different - but it is your $ in the end, so mom can have her say - but in the end - its YOUR decision!|::::|Open your own account.|::::|maybe its the way you spend your money is why your mother won t let you in charge of your own money i know you worked for the money but there is things you could buy for yourself like clothes or cell phone learn how to manage money so you will know when your older and get married and have a family if you show your mom you can manage money and buy what you need she may let you start keeping your money but if you blow your money who can blame her|::::|Your mother is trying to teach you how to be responsible with your money. And she only has 1 year or less left to do it. The fact that you think $150 is not a lot of money to blow on a present for a boyfriend tells me that she s not doing a great job in that department. so until you are self supporting adult, yes, she has the right to place limitations on your spending even though you earn the money. and FWIW: unless you want to risk a grounding until your 18th birthday, I don t recommend you toss away your mother s trust by going behind her back on this.|::::|My oldest started working when he was 12. He was told he had to save half and the rest was his to do with what he pleased. It was to teach him to save and to manage money. He saved more than we made him and he still does six years later. Good luck.|::::|Yes your parents have the right to have access to any money you have as long as you are a minor and you are living under THEIR roof. Obviously your parents would prefer you SAVE your money for when you DO turn 18 and want to move out on your own, and at 17 you SHOULD be paying fro movies pizza as well as chipping in for groceries since you EAT at their home as well. Quit whining and realize that when your friends are adults at 18-19-20 and still living at home because they blew all of their money YOU will be able to afford your own place as well as be financially responsible for yourself. Which is more important to you? Growing up or forever being dependent upon your parents?

Iamp;#39;m needing to write a CV, and I am needing a little help with it? -

Ok, not to bore you or anything, but I am 25 years old, mother of 2 and a wife, and I ve only really had odd jobs. and that was the same before I had my children. I was 20 when I had my first child, and will admit that I wasn t too fussed about working before then. I had a few jobs that did not last long at all. Now I am older, and have a family, I have grown up and I want to provide for my family. I believe that you should work for things in life, not scrounge for it. I am worried that if I list a load of jobs, they ll see that I ve not been there for a while and will just think I m still like that and throw it away, and I wouldn t blame them really. So how can I do a real good CV, or to get them to see that I am now hard working ? My last job was in a pub, and that was for a year, I quit because I wanted more hours and they couldn t, so I went to macdonalds but was only there for a month because the weekly shifts left me unable to pay rent on some weeks but not others. Have specific goals and a very clear understanding of what everyone is responsible for in the business before people start trying to work together. And EVERYONE (that means everyone who is related) needs to realize that while this is a family business, that they need to remind themselves to mind their own business unless advice or help is solicited. Sorry this is a bit long, hang in there... Here are some great questions to ask that will help your father and husband realize what they are getting into. THere are plenty more, but this is a good start. Each of them should ask each other: What is your expectation of me as we work together? Be specific. Create job descriptions. If this can t be done, then fundamentally this relationship (business) is destine for a very rocky road. When anything goes wrong, how do you plan to handle it? If they don t agree here, tempers will rise, and profits fall. When family who are not involved in a situation we are dealing with call me, and are angry, how do you plan to support me? If there is no separation between personal and business life, burnout is likely. If there is a time that I am not able to reach a critical goal, will you help me, or abandon me? If the answer is quot;your on your ownquot;, do you really want to be involved in this partnership in the first place? When a customer calls and says they are disappointed or are taking legal action, do you think you can stand firm with whatever decision we make together? If the answer is quot;Noquot;, there is no reason to even begin a partnership. When there isn t enough money to run the business, are you prepared to take less, or no money to keep the business afloat? Money is a source of stress, especially when there is none, or not enough. Being able to have a strategy around how to handle this situation is probably one of the most important decisions in a start up - especially with family.

Everyone i know says i have weird ambitions, do i? -

my ambitions are to study in a foreign country for uni and when i leave just travel around working for a period of time in whichever country i feel like even though i may not earn much money ~messjess|::::|Not weird at all. I did that too - xinA got me, ouch, I m an Aussie grad, currently outside Australia on a working holiday....lol And some of my friends did it too....and wherever I go I meet some Aussies doing the same thing: Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Ireland, UK, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, Turkey...|::::|Well I don t think that it sounds weird at all. Maybe all the people you know are just boring and need to get out more to see the world?? lol. I want to take a gap year during uni to travel around when I have enough money...probably to backpack around south america. I m learning spanish, so maybe I could earn some money there while i m at it just to support my travels. Dream come true!! Weird ambitions are like going direct to a full-time trade job from school in the same place as you live and staying in that job for the rest of your life, not travelling anywhere, finding a partner and getting married in a church, going on a honeymoon where all you do is stay in the hotel and have massages...and lie around on the beach without venturing further, then settling back in your hometown in one of those average suburban housing estates that all look the same, then having kids to follow the exact same path, probably in the father s business. Wait...is that even an ambition?|::::|I think they re absolutely terrific, but if you re in with a bunch of people who were programmed to train themselves for careers, get right to them, marry, buy a house in the burbs and do their European exploration in 2-week increments every other summer... yes, then they might think you re weird. But I think they re fabulous ambitions and there are others who do too. Find them and go for it! You ll be a lot more interesting than your detractors in a very short time.|::::|Your plans sound fantastic. They think it s wierd because, among other things, they don t have the sense of adventure as you do. Their idea of quot;normalquot; probably consists of sitting on their butts, watching Reality TV on the big screen. I studied abroad and it totally changed my life, go for it!!|::::|That sounds like an Aussie student. Lol. No your ambitions are not weird, you are simply wanting to live your life to the fullest without too much alcohol, too much sex and maybe drugs -- which is good.

How do I effectively build a website that makes me money? ? -

How do you effectively build a website to make money? I m aware of buying the correct software and finding a hosting company, but how about all the other details? I am serious about making this work and am not sure if selling something is the way to go...I may just want to earn money from advertising. I ve got a specific topic that I want to fully exhaust on an informational basis and make money while doing so. Any tips, hints for success, past experiences are all welcome!|::::|The key to making money online is to provide good quality information that people are looking for, you need to look at the competition, you need to be better than the rest and you need to offer something other than a copied article from a website. My advise is to start a blog or a mini site then start to build things up from there. Making money is something that will come when you can pull in plenty of traffic so SEO is also a thing you will need to learn about. I have made many website s and trust me this does not happen over night, you should expect any money from advertising in your website s first six months even then it will start to trickle in slowly and then build up and up as long as you keep the site active and in date.|::::|A web site is just advertising. You don t make money advertising unless you have something to advertise.|::::|I would suggest getacoder.com or getafreelancer.com Very popular and professional freelancers working there.|::::|you don t just have a website and all the sudden money comes pouring in. You need to offer a service, a service that attracts people, the more people it attracts the more money advertisers will pay you. Since we re in this so called web 2.O era, you need a really unique idea to get your plan going.|::::|That bubble has burst, right?

Kind of like to avoid that place. Your command of the English language leaves something to be desired for a diploma pharmacist , and I ve heard that suicidal people often want to take others along with them on that final journey.|::::|Well you can die if you wish to not live anymore in this colourful world. And if you don t want then take all the money and run, run , run.|::::|no die is not solution for it even i had many problem in life|::::|heyyy hi...u r so interesting, i guess u have every thing at your young age itself great yaa. so r u going to end urself, dats a good idea. even me too had planed many times. i dont understand ur reason for suiside is that love made u like this? u know i hav many plans to kill my self, but i m still alive coz i have no reason to die, im still seeing for it. i guess u have loved only few....try some more..hmmm so r u going to leave me tooo.........|::::|see the positive side 1)you are not virgin.i am a virgin at 30,for a man its a shame.having sex with aunty s daughter is not a grave sin.it happens to many. 2)you are born normal, you are studious and intelligent.many people are born silly, some stammer, some are deaf dumb etc.at least you are fit. 3)its nice to have been in love, its nicer to loose in love ,broken hearted people become better human beings, writers and poets. 4)its clear that you are a good person in your heart. if you are not loved by anyone ,give your love to a deprived soul,a person who may gain by your love,he may love you back too. do what ever you want to do in life, banks may give you educational loans,or some rich friends may hellp you out,you may even get a scholarship. dying is no options ,its silly, some good thing may be waiting for you around the corner,as the saying isquot;every dark cloud has a silver lining.

How to get my parents to buy me a phone? -

i want a phone specifically for texting but my parents don t want to buy me one partly because of monthly costs and also because they really don t see the point of texting. I m running out of arguments any suggestions? i can t get a job because no one will hire me because i m only 15 i have looked for one though. i m not asking for an unreasonable phone like the iphone. i m just asking for something like the lg rumor. they have the money it s just that they don t see the point to spending money on a phone i m totaly for paying for my own stuff but i can t get the money to pay for it because no one will hire me. this isn t about me being greedy or expecting them to just give i m not a spoiled brat almost everything i have i wor for and buy. i acctually built my captains bed and get Hand-me-down crap. i just can t afford a phone because i physically can not earn the money. NO ONE WILL HIRE ME.I DON T EXPECT MY PARENTS TO HAND ME A PHONE AND I M NOT UPSET.|::::|The most important thing is to build a real honesty and trust with them, show them as much as you can that you are very responsbile. You need not yell or argue, always speak rationally and calmly. Point out to them that a phone is SO important for safety reasons as well, you know like drop little comments here and there on your way out or something, like if they ever ask you when you re going to come home, you could say quot;well you know, if i had a phone you d be able to call me and check up on mequot; or something, things to make them think of the real practicality and importance of a phone, you do really NEED one so they know where you are at all times and you re contactable. A little bit of reverse psychology and subtle hinting goes a long way :)|::::|Travis,it is better you wait for the right time when your parents offer you a phone. You are 15 and I don t think you need a phone and still if you want you can save money from your pocket money and when you think you have saved enough, tell your parents to get a phone for you but please do not go against your parents. your parents have seen life more than you and they know what to do and when to do.
