Do You Give Money To The Homeless? -

i ve never done that and i will never do it, they are the one s who messed their lives up why should i give them my hard earned (yeah right lmfao) money to them!!|::::|No Don t judge me|::::|I see tons of homeless people when I am in big cities, especially San Francisco. I can t give them all money, but I feel terrible for just walking past. There are usually charities nearby parts of town with a lot of poverty that I give money to instead, and the charities are more likely to spend the money on something useful. I hate the stereotype that all homeless people will use your money to buy drugs, but sadly that is the case sometimes.|::::|I would buy them some food, but they do not want you to do that. I was in Houston, Tx and a homeless man was on the corner asking for money to buy insulin. Since my daughter uses it I told him we had just been to the drug store and she had a extra bottle he could have. He said it might not be the right kind and he needed the money to make sure it was the right kind.He did not want insulin he just wanted money. They probably make more in one day than most middle class people do working a job. So no I do not give them money.|::::|hell no. past experiences told me not to. once i was forced into giving a homeless woman some money, and she said she like needed money for a bus so we gave her it.. she walked around town for a few hours after that. i was sat on top of carpark with friends and could see her, and she was asking everyone that walked past for money.. then a few minutes later went into a shop and brought loads of booze. we saw her a few weeks later and again she asked us for money.. i was like no i dont have any, but my friend got out her money to find some change, and she grabbed it all and walked off|::::|This homeless guy in Hawaii asked me for some change... I said I didn t have any, and he responds with: quot;I m sure I heard some in therequot; I went off on this guy... I said quot;Do I owe you something, I ve got an APPLICATION, you want that?quot; ...it was funny if you were there.|::::|i only give them food or something to drink, because if they get money they will probably buy alcohol or drugs...so thats not good :[ i try to help everytime cause i always feel so sad. *edit* why do i get a thumbs down if i help the homeless ?? :[|::::|I give them things like mittens and socks. Yeah, I happen to have those things on me - I keep them in my car because we have so many here in Detroit. Don t be so judgmental - a lot of people are a single paycheck away from being homeless.|::::|That is not nice at all of you! You are never getting a star from me! (Lol!) But seriously, some are not like that. Like some would like praise you if if you just gave them a dollar! Well i mean some are really desprate. But do what you want.|::::|i was thinking bout it but i would nt i d give em some food and cloths but that s it you never know if there gona use that money to buy a gun and rob a sotre or kill some1|::::|i always do.when i see one in the street.i give them a dollar.i don t like seeing homeless people.it makes me sad.|::::|Neveer because then they wont learn to go to a shelter and get a job theyll say oh someone gave me money so i dont have to get a job|::::|Only a christmas. XD Ahaha i gave some money to this guy who was singing Hallelujah and playing guitar. :]|::::|No because we can hardly afford to pay our bills And what the hell? Not all homeless people deserve to be on the streets|::::|well sometimes , but s u said they r the ones who r ruing their lives they czn get ny job even if its very low but he can get money|::::|I offered to give a homeless guy lunch and some money if he helped me with with some yard work... he refused by saying he could get more by panhandling on the corner !|::::|No, I wouldn t get close enough to give them money cuz they might be mentally unstable and attack me... I ve done it one time and that was when I was drunk.|::::|No I never do I feel they are just going to use it for drugs or other things plus food is better to give them .|::::|Yeah, because I know what it s like. And because some of them don t do it to themselves.|::::|I give them food, but not money because they just use it on beer or cigarettes|::::|only sometimes|::::|sometimes|::::|I did when I was younger until I realized that they just buy drugs and beer with it|::::|i feel bad 2 say this but no|::::|I give them booze because it always makes me feel good|::::|NO|::::|Yes !|::::|Yes, when I can.|::::|no they need to find their own|::::|yes i have|::::|no|::::|No.. I am terrified of them.
