Is it illegal to own a business and say you get paid a certain amount of money, and earn much more than you do? -
so that uncle sam doesn t know how much you make to tax you on.|::::|depends on who you tell, it is done every day and if you can keep some of your money from uncle sam go for it better you than a bank executive who does not need it. cover your tracks|::::|Yes, that s about as illegal as you can possibly get. And you won t get away with it, either. The IRS *always* has ways of finding out who s cheating on them, and they won t make it pleasant for you when they do.|::::|Yeah that s illegal, its called tax evasion/fraud and is a federal offense. Uncle Sam is a very curious person and he s never happy unless he knows about every single red cent.|::::|Never ever pay yourself up a tax margin. Just pay yourself 30k or so and then charge everything you need as a business expense. Obviously it s illegal to tax evade...|::::|You can draw a salary from your company and put that down as your income however you must declare all the money you make in your business.|::::|yes. you must report all income but you can also take all allowable tax breaks to reduce the amount of tax owed if any|::::|Yes..it is called tax evasion...which is the charge Al Capone went to jail for.
