On Runescape, can i earn money with a dwarf multicannon, how and where? -

Hi, On Runescape, I can JUST afford a dwarf multicannon and about 1k cannonballs. I do not believe ranged makes a difference to the effectiveness of the cannon, but my ranged is 38. My question is, is there anywhere where i will AT LEAST break even on the cost of cannonballs for free ranged exp? Of course, a profit would be very useful, but I just want to know if I could at least not lose money, and if so, which spot to use. I would just like to know the very best place for MONEY even if it gives terrible xp because not only do i need money for some things i want to buy, i figure that xp will gradually add up anyway.
