I went back to school to make more money, but now I canamp;#39;t find a job in the field i study for. What can I do? -
I went back to school to earn more money. But once I finished school, it seems as if no one is hiring. The student loan people are asking for the repayment of my loan. Since I cant find a job in the career I study for, how will I be able to pay them back? I m barely keeping above water with the job I have now. What should I do?|::::|Without you describing what field you studied I cannot offer much help. However, I do think you should fill out student loan foreberance paperwork so that you won t have to re-pay your loans until you are back on your feet.|::::|you should have given us some hint as to what you went back to school to study...maybe we could give you some hints on where to look. good luck :)|::::|Hello, My fellow yahoo members and happy new year .I know things are rough and we could all use some extra income so I decided to provide some assistance to all those who are in need. Student loans are different in different countries in the way they are devised, but then the common types of student loans available are the undergraduate loans, college student loans, private student loans and federal family educational loans. http://www.worldbestloans.com/student-lo... Student loan repayments are not made until the student completes his graduation. This facility helps him to concentrate on his studies and earn some little amount of money while he is studying, but repayment has to start once he finishes his education.|::::|Ask them for a forbearance for a year do to the job market, although the interest will accumulate you will not have to pay and it will not go on your credit report|::::|SW s response is right on with the additional comment that most student loans [especially from the federal government] contain a stipulation/codicil which applies to professional trade schools that states that if you are unable to obtain appropriate employment by a certain date, that the student loan can be reduced substantially because there was an expectation at the onset of your education that you would be in gainful employment upon graduation. Failure to meet that standard, often is grounds for reduction of the original loan amount and even extinguishment of the loan itself. Read carefully the original student loans papers and see if such a stipulation/codicil is contained in the loan documents. Good luck!
