Telling my mom I donamp;#39;t like a gift? -

Ok. So for Christmas/My Birthday my parents got me a brand new desk and really nice computer chair. And I m grateful I really am. I mean they are both beautiful! ... The thing is...I ll never use them. Months ago I had asked for a desk. But then about a month and a half ago I told my mom not to get me a desk because I realized that I would never use it. But she got me one any way. And i just don t have the heart to tell her that I don t need/want it. I mean what s the point of having her spend all that money for something that I m not going to use? And...*sigh*...she also got me a camcorder for Christmas/My Birthday and there was a problem with that too because the quality is horrible and its not user friendly at all and there s other stuff too. So we decided to take it back and exchange if for a different one. But she seemed really upset that there was a problem with the one she bought. So i really don t want to tell her about the desk thing. But at the same time I don t want her to be wasting her hard earned money. ... So...what should I do? How do I tell her?|::::|Me personally I would just sit at that desk and do homework...or write on it...because my mom gets really ticked if I don t like something. If she s not going to get mad then just sit down and talk to her, just tell her you want to get something else because you aren t going to use it.|::::|Just use it, if it doesnt match your room then you can use that excuse, but if it does, sorry i would just use it. Im sure its really hard to take those things backt o the store anyway.
