Do you legally have to pay income taxes on money earned in other countries? -
As a US person, you are taxed on worldwide income, so where you earned the money is moot. As it s a website and you are physically *here* you cannot claim the foreign earned income exclusion. If you have the website there and pay taxes there, you may be eligible for a foreign tax credit (irs form 1116).|::::|It depends on how the money is earned and where you live. Look at the IRS website, they can answer your question better. It is to hard to answer your question here without knowing more specifics.|::::|not if you paid income tax in that country if you did not than the first 75k (i think 75) is tax free
