How do you get Red Ring of Death on XBOX 360? -
I am planning to buy a XBOX 360. Because of RED RING OF DEATH, I am really scared to buy one. Obviously, I don t wanna spend my hard earned money on something that is going to get broken down in 1 year. I heard some rumors that MS(Microsoft) fixed this problem. Is this even true? What should I do? Should I purchase XBOX 360? THANK YOU|::::|Ok in my opinion i dont really like the 360. I have one myself and i got the ring of death in 3 weeks. I took so much care of it, I didnt use any cheats, any homebrews nothing, All I had at the time was halo 3, and I just played it for a while, nothing serious. And seriously there arnt many good games for the 360. The PS3 is a very good console for some serious gaming, its safem never dies, free internet, and a lot of hardrive space. I have a Wii PS3 and a 360, I hate the 360, it just isnt very good. The PS3 is very good for serious gaming. But my favourite is the Wii, the Wii is very fun, an awesome multiplayer system, and its the most interactive console. I have been a gamer for a long time, and the Wii is very good. So if your a serious gamer, serious about the online gaming, and graphics, the PS3 is your console. If you just want to have some good fun, the Wii is the one. I hope I helped :) Oblivion. :)|::::|Well the red ring of death shouldn t be your only problem. Apparently Microsoft has shipped a bunch of faulty consoles knowing they didn t work. Anyways to answer the question at hand I believe it can be hard to get. I have actually seen it before. Inside the xbox there are these 2 clips. Once the clip on the side slides under the other clip it causes it not to read things and you have the red rings of death. It is fixable to but is hard to do. Hope I helped.|::::|you only get rrod by having a hardware failure in your 360 or it overheats just buy the arcade xbox 360 it only 199 compared to ones that are 399 most of them should have the jasper chip which cools it down more|::::|If you know how to avoid problems with your 360 buy it, if not, get a PS3, if it s too expensive, buy a wii.(I prefer it over 360)|::::|I think they did fix this problem so you don t need to worry about it.
