How can I start earning Money for university ! ? -

I m only 13 years old, but my dream university is Columbia University and it costs around 50 thousand per year. I really want to become a Broadcast Journalist. Any Ideas on anything I could do, please explain in detail ! :D I can t get a part time job, I m only 13. I m not even in high school. Thank you !
