Any body booked a flight (in the UK) over internet with Virgin Atlantic? -
Looking at Flights for May 2009. London Heath-row to San Fransisco with Virgin Atlantic any body booked over the internet with Virgins own web site. Any problems, was you happy to book this way. (Perhaps my worry is parting with a lot of quot;veryquot; hard earned money and everything will be ok booking over internet)|::::|I used to work in a travel centre that specialised in Florida holidays from the UK with Virgin and sold hundreds of such flights with not a hint of a problem, I was working there on 9/11 and there were still no problems that we could not sort out. Personally I always buy all my flights with a credit card, apart from being the easiest way, everything you buy is covered anyway, enjoy yourself!!|::::|Yes I have flown that route several times. The flight leaves around 4:55PM everyday and arrives at 11AM. It`s approx. 10:15 hrs long direct. There is only one departure and one arrival for that route on Virgin to/from SFO. Their fare is a bargain if you book as early as possible. United and british airways also fly direct on this route around the same time with a 15 min separation..|::::|Yeah my friend s an air hostess on them! They are one of the best airlines in my experience. They have really great amenities on the planes.|::::|Yes. It s fine. The airline itself is over rated.|::::|Yeah, I ve used them. Don t worry; they are a safe, reputable company.|::::|I ve used them many times and booked over the net. I ve had no problems.
