Saving Up Money For a Camera!? -

Hello, my name is Noah, i am seventeen and i want to buy myself a camera. The camera i want is PowerShot SD870 IS (Canon) it is about $270. I need to buy one by Jan 1st. 2009. (i would like to buy one by Jan. 1st and have it by Jan. 10th) I need some ideas to gather things around my house, or different ways to earn money or save money from now till Jan. 1st 2009! What are some ways i can earn money and save money?! this is very important to me. I was recently accepted into a wonderful school called The Outdoor Academy for next semester! I leave Janurary 10th and i want to have a camera before i leave. i want to be able to remember this experience with pictures! Unfortunately you have left yourself little time to get the money. If you get presents from relatives etc, you could just ask for money or for everyone to chip in for a camera. Or maybe your parents would front you the money and then you could get a job and pay them back. Maybe offer to shovel snow for people if you have snow where you live?
