Would you as a man try to take away a child/newborn that is living with her mother and grand parents if the mother is willing to file any paperwork with the court that father wants along as he allows child to live with her mother and her grand parents. There is no abuse or a threat to the child, but basically her parents raise the child (grand child) and pay for everything, because mother does not have the skill and money to do it by her, but lives in the same household, but spends a lot of time with her little girl mostly babysitting. They don’t as for child support, because little girl grand father is more like a father figure and earn enough money to provide for grand daughter, her mother (his daughter) and his wife. |::::|Sounds like the guy is dumb. It depends if you let him see her at all or not
