What does a 43 year old man mean when he does this? -

So last night was the great new year and I met my boyfriend later at night and we had few drinks together. He told me he is planning to donate to some charity for the christian church and I told him very clearly that I am not giving one penny and I don t really care about church or any charity and I will spend my hard earned money on myself. He repeated two times quot;YOU DON T CAREquot; i responded you hear me right i don t give a ****.He told me he will leave because he is very upset and I told him that I was very upset too that he had the nerve to ask me such crap. Today I tried to reach him from work and he didn t pick any of my calls or answer my text messages. What do you all think of the situation? I am 25 and he is 43|::::|...he is trying to be a good guy and you chopped him down at the knees... ...its not that you don t care, he doesn t understand... ...no matter he ll be back, and if he doesn t, move on... ...socialize and enjoy life...|::::|I think you are out of line from what you are saying. It seems it is something he feels he needs to do and it will help others. Your answer to him seems extremely self centered and selfish so I am not surprised that he is upset. Why did you go off like that? Why do you call giving to a charity quot;crapquot;? You need to do a bit of sole searching I think, I don t think you are being fair about this.|::::|find some one your own age that s pretty weird an 18 year difference...sorry but there is only 1 reason i can think that you might be with him. and i really hope that your in need of help from one of those charitys one day so that you can see how valuable they are.|::::|There some people even though they are still young they have a kind heart, so giving and not selfish. By saying that, whether you think it or not, you sounded really bloody selfish and I would say he probably questioned whether he wanted to be with someone who showed selfish tendencies like that. It really goes to help those who are down on their luck or unemployed and don t wave a place to stay. Take it from me, I have been there. But I now am better off due to the generous donations of a few people years ago. So, miss I am into myself, think of others before you pass judgment on your fellow human beings. As I said above, search deep within your self and find that kind person and be generous, it will pay off in the end.
