Is there any way to earn from home? -

I asked this q yesterday also, but it seems all are greedy amp; want me to click on some specific sites of their own with which they wld earn money. My clicking on their sites means money for them. Is there no one who can REALLY HELP ME. Is there no one whom I could be grateful of by doing some work at home. Pl. understand that I left my job of sales manager as my real younger brother has expired in Oct 2008. Now I just want genuine help if anyone can give so that I could stay at my home, earn something amp; look after my old parents.
