How to go about working abroud on a gap year? -

I am a New Zealander wanting to work abroud to earn money and experience overseas life. how should i go about this, I have no university qualification, but i want to work abroud in europe and i especially want to go to morrocco. Im in Dubai right now, should i stay here and find a job?
