Is it just me or is my Dad being a bit, money hungry? -

I go to College and have a part time job. My Dad and Step Mum who I live with get some sort of child support tax or something like that. My Dad told me it was about ￡90 a month. Fair enough. Then he said quot;if you quit college (which I m not planning on doing) then I ll want about ￡250 a month lodgequot; (when all I earn is ￡300 a month). Is this him being money hungry or is he just trying to just keep me in college? Even though I want to lol. I think the latter|::::|￡250 a month isnt excessive for full board, meals, washing etc. I imagine A. He doesnt want you to quit, after all there isnt many (if any) well paid jobs requiring no skills. B. He doesnt want you sitting on your backside a day, getting up at 12 and playing the wii for the rest of the day. C. this is an incentive not to quit as you will have no money|::::|I think he s just trying to keep you in college, but if you did drop out you could get a full time job and then 250pounds wouldn t be too much for rent.|::::|him trying 2 keep u in school and paying him bak if u got out lol...........|::::|Nah parents are like that! before i moved out, my parents wanted 180 per month despite me only earning about 200. (Worked part time in a crappy pub) Just stay in college haha
