In Minnesota, if you are 15[16 in 3 months], do you need a work permit? -

I m turning 16 in April and I want to start working a little bit before so I can have some money before the summer. Will I need to get a work permit for the three months I will work before I turn 16? And do you think a movie theatre would hire me even though I m not 16 yet? I have the PASSION to earn my own money this year. thank you so much!|::::|thats weird. Im from minnesota and my first job was at a movie theatre lol..true the answer is NO....you dont need a work permit.
