Whatamp;#39;s the name of this movie? -

It s a movie about a machine that can alter people s appearance, but, at first, it s passed off as some sort of Virtual Reality game. This girl goes into the machine, starts changing her appearance, until finally changing her gender to male (and giving her/himself certain extra attributes). When she s done, there s an accident, the machine is destroyed, and she s stuck as a guy. (S)he can t go back home, so (s)he starts wiping windshields at intersections to earn money. I think the setting is somewhere in the UK. That s all I remember.
