Best buy labtops help? -

im 15 and i have enough money for a labtop, my mom wants me to get this bad kind that i dont like, and i earned this money. can i go to best buy to pay with cash for a labtop and recieve on the spot?|::::|Why do you want to buy from worst buy? Buy from reputable store. Buy diredtly from Dell. They have best LAPTOPs of anybody.|::::|Absolutely, I went to buy mine and was kind of nervous cuz i was going to pay in cash. But it was no problem and you can get ur laptop right away. But one very important piece of advice, try to pick ur laptop yourself before you go to the store and don t buy the quot;security packagequot; with ur laptop. They ll end up keeping it over night to intall security software and it will cost up to $200 extra! I made this mistake with my first laptop because it was always really slow but i didn t think much of it until a friend told me that i had too much software running at the same time. I looked into it and it turned out that the tech. guy from the store had installed a crapload of unnescesary software and 2 security programs! If you have 2 sec. programs on ur computer, ur laptop is at risk of being internally damaged (basically on the verge of crashing). One thing u should get however is their warranty. Basically get the plan where you can send ur laptop to get fixed if anything happens to it. Make sure ur covered for at least 2 years. I had accidently poured milk on my laptop, i called best buy and they referred me to the insurance company. they sent me a prepaid box, i sent it in and next thing u know they called me and told me that they were just gonna give me a new laptop! and not only that but it was going to be a better model! Happy New Years!|::::|yes. if your not looking for anything that requires screaming fast work, buy one from those type of stores. if you do, and i doubt you do as you misspelled laptop (twice), go buy online and customize it. ignore the person who told you to build a laptop. it is possible, but probably not worth the time and effort into saving around 60 dollars.|::::|Yes, they will sell you a computer for cash. Although if you are 15 and walk in with $1000, they may balk. Laptop = computer that you set on top of your lap. Labtop = roof over a science room.|::::|If you have the money they will sell it to you. But what kind did your mom want you to get and what kind do you want?
