How can I get into the medical marijuana field? -

I heard on the radio abot medical marijuana careers.But i can not remember the number or the University they had said.I want to get into the medical marijuana field..I figure it has to earn alot of money since it gains so much profit on the streets.Does anyone know how to get into this field?
