Can I return my ipod touch without a reciept? -

I earned enough money for an iPod touch. I wanted to get the 1g, because it can be jailbroken, but my sister went to the store and got me a 2g instead. I want to return it now, but I dont have a reciept. I have EVERYTHING that came with it(except for a sticker) so, is it possible?|::::|if u cant go to some swap shop, u might get some good deal there, thats only IF you cant return it|::::|Depends|::::|I would think so they can look up the serial number and check when it was bought (at the Apple store anyways)|::::|This really depends on the shop you bought is froms terms and conditions for returning goods.
