I was just wondering about medical conditions and how that can earn you money for college? -

I have scoliosis and someone recently told me that her lawyer told her that since she has a permanent medical related disability (she cant walk that far or something) that she can get college grants or even possibly for free. I was just wondering if this was true. I have constant back pain and sometimes have a hard time getting up and down in like chairs and stuff like that. I have a total of three curves but none of them are enough for surgery. Thanks!|::::|Scoliosis is a VERY common condition and it s doubtful this would qualify you for any type of disability benefits or college grant based on that alone.|::::|I am sure you have already googled and consulted the pages on the web specific for your condition as well as groups and listserves. All I can add would be the fafsa.ed.gov|::::|I doubt it would work for you. I would suggest finding a GOOD Therapeutic Massage Therapist. We work with scoliosis a lot and can help that back pain.
