What wage would you be happy to earn? I do not mean silly celebrity money but a reasonable sum which would ? -

I get a little pension from a previous job and all I want is to be able to pay my bills and have a treat every now and then.|::::|I disagree that whatever people are paid that they would want to earn more. I d be content with what I made now if I paid less in taxes because my actual take home pay is significantly less than what I actually earn. I could actually take a less paying job and end up even because of taxes alone. How stupid is that? However that job is even less secure than this one. I could live with $55,000 or $45,000 (tax free).|::::|To live comfortably and debt-free, and save a little, a combined (me + wife) total of 50-60K would be perfect.
