How can I make money during this recession? -

I ve recently gotten laid off at my job and I am hoping to progress through my senior year in highschool earning money. Classes aren t a big deal for me. I am not failing nor do I have bad grades. I just need the money! If you have any tips or suggestions that would be very grateful. Please... no absurd ideas. THANKS!|::::|I think the best thing to do is just find a new job (or maybe two, since it s the holidays), and keep at it. Don t try to game the system and find The Best job (although, you ll want to choose from at least a few options). Just get a decent job, and give it your best shot. Some jobs also have scholarships available for their employees -- I think Coca-Cola plants often do, etc. Also, you might consider doing odd jobs, like shovelling walks, and doing yard work. This kind of work is hard, and it takes a lot of hustle to get customers, but it would be a great learning experience. You can also work while you are in college, so don t stress too much on that account. My sister lost her scholarship, but managed to get through school with two part-time jobs and student loans. She s now a successful CPA, so if you have the will power, you can do it. Good Luck|::::|Speaking from experience and group survey, the easiest and fastest way to make money during this time or anytime is to sell consumables food, drinks and/or low ticket items (cheap products that are lower than those sold at shops and malls.) Consumables are low in cost (start-up capital) and must fulfill people s needs, eg quenching people s thirst or hunger. You can either do it by setting up a promotional counter (stall) at a strategic area (road side, market, mall, car park area) with high traffic flow. You can also go door to door selling these items. Common sense would tell you that carrying light weight products for your door-to-soor sales is much better. Next idea is offering your service to neighbourhood or community such as grass cutting, baby sitting, giving tuition, etc can be an option if you have the skill. Finally, do an online business. Whatever, it is stay away from any illegal / immoral types of earning money. Everything comes to one s strong and pure desire to offer products and services to the community. Pray hard and work hard. The law of probability will help you. Do not give up. Stay focus. Prayer and uniting your mind on your goals and pushing your body to achieve your goal that was set.
